When diagram is zoomed, swimlane helper guides are in incorrect places when adding swimlane

Issue can be replicated in this demo: https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/material/diagram/swimlane.html

Replication steps:

  1. Zoom in the diagram by keeping Ctrl key pressed while scrolling with the mouse.
  2. Add a new horizontal swimlane from the symbol palette to the existing swimlane in the diagram.
  3. --> Some of the helper guides are in incorrect places. They should be between the swimlanes - not in the middle of a swimlane.
It seems that the helper guide positions don't take the current zoom level into account.
