In diagram, incorrect helper guide indicates that horizontal swimlane can be added to vertical swimlane

The issue can be replicated in this demo: https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/material/diagram/swimlane.html

Replication steps:

  1. Add a vertical swimlane to the diagram from the symbol palette.
  2. Try to add a horizontal swimlane to the vertical swimlane.
  3. -->There is a visual helper guide indicating that the swimlane can be added which is incorrect.
The attached video also demonstrates the issue. It shows that other way around the functionality is correct, i.e., when trying to add a vertical swimlane to a horizontal swimlane, no helper guide appears.
