Diagram crashes with swimlane when container defined as second parameter

Issue can be seen in this demo: https://stackblitz.com/edit/d56rgw

When the diagram is initialized using the second parameter providing the container element selector, the diagram crashes. Workaround seems to be using the appendTo function instead:

diagram.appendTo('#element');
