Calculate column width based on intervals in DateTime axis

Current Behavior: The width of the ColumnSeries is currently determined by the number of visible data points and the axis visible range.

Expected Behavior: Provide an additional option to switch between the current width calculation method and determining the width of the ColumnSeries based on intervals in the DateTime axis.
