When using format property, the console error occurs while opening time popup

Description:

When using format as hh:mm a, the console error occurs when opening time popup.

Note: This is a breaking issue from the version 24.1.44 and working till the previous version

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open the date popup.
  3. Select any date.
  4. Now open the time popup 

Expected:  Console error shouldn’t occur

Actual: Console error occurs
