Android,iOS - Support to display the popup overlay on full screen including status bar

In current implementation of SfPopup, when opening the Popup view , the overlay container is displaying from bottom of the status bar of display in Android and iOS platform.

Expected : Need to provide support for adjusting the origin of overlay container when showing Popup.
