Overflow style is not added to the placeholder

Description:

Overflow style is not added to the placeholder if the placeholder is large than component in both the DropDownList and Numeric Textbox.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. See the place holder.


Expected:  Overflow style should apply

Actual: Overflow style is not applied

Expected image:
