When we set the mindate to March, the March month is disabled

When we set the mindate to March, the March month is disabled.

Replication Procedure:

  1.  Run the sample
  2. navigate to year view
  3.  you can see the issue

 

Expected Behavior: March month should not be disabled

Actual Behavior: When we set the mindate to March, the March month is disabled.
