Create and clear buttons are enabled if the text box is empty in the text signature tab

When opening the Signature dialog from the Signature field and switching to Type, initially, the Create and Clear buttons are disabled. However, if any text is added and then cleared using the keyboard, the Create and Clear buttons remain enabled.
