When state management is enabled and the filter is set, the next time the page is opened an error will occur

The user was trying to use the enablePersistence property with the rowdatabound event in the sample. Initially, the sample loaded without error. However, after setting a filter value and refreshing the page, an exception occurred because the rowdatabound event was used in the sample. Without the rowdatabound event, the exception was not thrown.
