[Android] BadgeText cropped when adding the control in StackLayout and set layout option as Horizontal

Replication steps.

1. Add the stacklayout in the content page and place the label and badgeview control inside the stacklayout and set its layout option as Horizontal.

2. Now run the sample. BadgeText cropped, when render with single BadgeText in Android platform only
