Improve the Touch interactions for the .NET MAUI SfSwitch control

Provide a more reliable and user-friendly touch interaction for the SfSwitch control. Currently, the touch area is only considered inside the switch, but we need to provide support for full control. And also improve the tapped function of Switch.
