Render button icons correctly in UIDeviceFamily 6

In MacCatalyst when UIDeviceFamily is set as 6, buttons are not rendered correctly. This is due to an issue in the .NET MAUI platform. To overcome this platform issue, the button icons in the PDF viewer UI should be implemented using some other control instead of buttons.
