Today Button does not localize Declined - Not Valid

I was referring to this documentation here:

and created the german localization

Everything is now in german, except for the "Today" Button.

Please advise me on how to get this working.

EDIT:

fixed it. the issue was that the localization file was in a different assembly and this does not work for some magic reason
