Issue with License Assignment in Essential Studio Enterprise Edition Binary with TestStudio

Our organization has acquired the Essential Studio Enterprise Edition Binary  TestStudio inclusive of with a total of 5 licenses. Currently, I have assigned 3 licenses to users within our team. However, upon attempting to assign the remaining 2 licenses, they are not available for allocation
