Menu style filtering "true" and "false" values are not localized in data grid

Issue can be seen in this demo: https://stackblitz.com/edit/999jyg.

The localizations have terms FilterTrue and FilterFalse which work in the Excel style filtering (screenshot), but not in the Menu style filtering.
