When current date is feb 29 and select the non leap year throws exception

When current date is feb 29 and select the non leap year throws exception

Reproduction Steps:

  • change the system date to feb 29
  • and run the sample
  • now navigate to year view
  • and select non leap year example 2023
  • You can see the issue in console

Expected Behavior: Exception should not occur when we select non leap year

Current Behavior: Exception occurs when we select non leap year
