Support for rendering different border styles

Add support for rendering different border styles like double, dotted etc.

At present, all other border styles will be displayed in Document Editor as solid border style and internally the respective border style will be maintained in the exported Word documents. So, when open a Word document that has table border style applied as dotted or double, the Document Editor display as solid line but internally it maintained the actual border style and retain the same in exported Word document. Hence, the document edited using Document editor doesn't lose their actual table border style and the actual border style will be visible on opening the edited document in MS Word or any other viewer or editors.
