Popup is not opened when using dropdownlist inside the third party dialog

Description:

Popup is not opened when using dropdownlist inside the third-party dialog in mobile device.

Note: This issue breaks from the version 24.1.46


Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Inspect and open in mobile mode.
  3. Click on the Dialog button.
  4. Now open the popup

Expected:  Popup should open

Actual: Popup is not opened.
