Support for template in annotations of the Progressbar

As of now, if we set the element in the content property of the annotation in the progress bar, then the annotation is rendered properly.

Now, need to provide support for the template in annotation. If we set the div element in the ng-template and set the id of that template in the content property, the annotation should be rendered.
