Remove Bootstrap Dependency from Templates

Syncfusion has its own controls which closely mirror the navbar (AppBar) and side navigation (Sidebar) in the current Bootstrap based templates. There should at least be an option to use a pure Syncfusion layout instead of relying on Bootstrap.

This has two major advantages:

  1. It eliminates the extra dependency on a third-party library.
  2. The user interface would match the theme selected.

Ideally the authentication pages would also be updated with Syncfusion controls to have a nice uniform theme throughout the starting template.
