Font Family of the Free Text annotation is not Proper in PdfViewer

Also I got another PDF with an issue, this time I can not explain it. See the picture and the PDF. This PDF has been annotated with text (using PDF X-Change Editor) in Lucinda Console 10 Pt. But this is not what shows on SF PDFViewer; it seems to use a different, proportional font, so the chords in the red underlined annotations don't line up with the music, as it does in the lower (PDF-X Change viewer) page (and again, also in browsers).

The strange thing is that this same kind of annotated text works without issues in other PDF's! I have even replaced the comment line, e.g. with Times New Roman (and make some other changing to be sure I am looking at the same PDF) but PDFViewer showed the changes but kept using a wrong font and use of space.

I attached the PDF (the one with the Lucinda font). Do you have an idea what can cause this?
