[iOS] RangeChanged event is not trigged at load time

Replication Procedure:

  1. Set ViewRangeStart and ViewRangeEnd properties at load time.
  2. Hook the RangeChanged event and set the ViewRangeStart and ViewRangeEnd values to the chart primary axis Minimum and Maximum properties respectively.
  3. By doing so, chart axis range not updated based on the value set in the RangeChanged event.
