Hello Pavankumar,
Thanks; this was finalized and worked. However, I still see major differences in 24.1460.41.0 of WPF PDFViewer, as you can see in the attached screenshot. Left you see how it shows in Syncfusion PDFViewer, right in PDF X-Changeviewer. It also shows correctly any webbrowser. I underlined the differences in red
1 In PDF X-Changeviewer I added a copy of some whitespace grabbed with Windows Snip & Sketch to cover incorrect content (lyrics) and then annotated the correct text with their Comment tool (=typing text). As you can see in the Syncfusion PDFViewer, the white square covers the annotated text instead of the other way around, making a large part invisible (1st red line).
2 The same can be seen a few lines lower, (2nd red line). I first pasted a small white square from Windows Snip & Sketch to cover the incorrect word 'and' and then used the Comment tool to type 'but'. This however shows as a a square with black dots, again making my changes unusable.
It looks to me that the WPF PDFViewer still handles annotation layers incorrectly .
I also include the PDF I am using so you can quickly check what I write here.
