The bullet format list in rich text editor, is unable to sync with the text formats

Issue URL:-https://ej2.syncfusion.com/react/demos/#/material3/rich-text-editor/tools

Steps To Reproduce:-

  1. Open the issue URL
  2. Write some headings
  3. Select the headings
  4. Apply bullet formats on the heading
  5. Observe the result

Actual Result:- The

bullet
formats size are not getting aligned with the headings on RT editor


Expected Result:- The 

bullet
 formats which applied on the headings, should be aligned with the heading format size.
