Providing animation support for VisibleIndex property in .NET MAUI Cards control

Description:
As per the current implementation animation was not provided for VisibleIndex property. Animation was provided only for +1 and -1 cards.

Ex:

Add 10cards la cardlayout , set the default VisibleIndex as 1, and dynamically set the VisibleIndex value as 5, in this case animation was not working and need to provide animation for this case.
