Hello, it would be nice to give access to TextRange and let decorate them like the native WPF RichTextBox.

It would be useful to underline some portions of text without changing the real content, like a spell checker or grammar checker.

In native, we can do this:

TextDecoration wavyUnderline = new() {PenOffset = 2};
wavyUnderline.Pen = new Pen((Brush) FindResource("WavyBrush"), 5);
_td.Add(
wavyUnderline);
...
myTextRange.ApplyPropertyValue(Inline.TextDecorationsProperty, _td);

So we can add visual style in the editor without touching the real user content.

Thank you.
