Improve drawing performance in the iOS impeller rendering engine

Facing performance and rendering issue while drawing a sign in signature pad widget and it is replicated with 3.10.0 and later Flutter SDK versions because Flutter Framework uses an impeller rendering engine for iOS. Disabling the impeller by following the steps mentioned in the below link can resolve your issue.

However, there needs to be a long-term solution to this problem. If it is framework issue, need to create a simple replicate sample and report it to framework.
