Provide an option to customize the axis range change animation duration

Cases:

1. Whenever the axis range is changed through the controller, the new range is updated with animation lasting for '1 second'. It is fine.

2. If we map it to the range slider widget and update the visible range through the controller when dragging a thumb, it does not update the visible range along with thumb dragging. It needs improvement.
