GridComponent - Touch width resize with filtering enabled is almost unusable

When a grid is access via a touch device (mobile/tablet), the tap to enable the column width resizer appears.  Dragging of the slider is almost unusable when filtering is enabled

Seems to be a spacing issue between the right hand side of the column and filter icon.

Have tried to apply styling to increase padding and making the border for the right hand side of the column thicker. 

Slight improvement, but still not great
