Support DMRE Datamatrix Rectangular Extension, ISO 21471

You currently support only six rectangular Datamaxtrix formats. DMRE are the same as normal Datamatrix barcodes, DMRE just describes some more rectangular formats. DMRE enables barcodes for smaller devices with other geometries.
