DropDownList with Virtualization - First Option Cut Off in Firefox

In Firefox, the first option on a DropDownList with virtualization enabled is cut off by a few pixels.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample in Firefox browser
  2. Open the dropdownList and see the issue.

Expected behavior: The first item in the dropdown should display properly in Firefox browser


Actual behavior: The first item in the dropdown does not display properly in Firefox
