Option to load remote data after rendering into components and not on demand

Could you implement an attribute into the SfDataManager component that allows to fetch data directly after component has been rendered the frist time while using Offline=true? E.g. a offline dropdown list will load data always on demand but if you have an interactive page with some of those components you will always have delay on every first click which is a bad user experience.
