Upload folders through drag and drop in FileExplorer

Need to provide the folder upload feature in FileExplorer. This folder upload functionality is supported in the Chrome browser from v13.x. Other browsers (at this time: Edge, Firefox and Safari) are starting to support subsets of Chrome’s APIs and behavior. You can find more details about this feature support in all browsers from this link.
