Internally looking at moving our server side app across to WASM but have seen large performance hits across the app. Investigated at component level started two basic .net7 blazor apps - one wasm one server. Added a tree view with the requisite syncfusion nuget packages.

Adding a basic NodeSelected handler as per the syncfusion demos. There is an immediate performance hit when clicking different nodes on the WASM version that is not present in the Server version.

I've attached both projects.
