SfPdfViewerControl throw Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))

Hi Team,


We are using SfPdfViewerControl to print the attached file. The control opens but cannot present the preview, getting stuck there. When we debugged the same, we found the same is failing with Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED)). Please help us to progress in this issue as we are stuck in a production issue.


We raised this issue to Customer Desk and no response/resolution to this issue from syncfussion side instead we created the ticket#550812 as critical and production bug. 


Is this way of customer support is expected from Syncfusion?
