Improve the drag and drop positioning behavior

Current implementation:

Appointments will be dropped based on the cursor position.

 

Need to improve:

1. Drop the appointment based on the Appointment UI position (like Google Calendar drag and drop)

2. When displaying a large number of appointments, the appointments within the cell do not occupy the entire cell space, leading to inconsistent or incomplete appointment display. This issue occurs intermittently and is more prominent with larger sets of appointments.
