Predefined Dialog not working properly in .Net 8 Blazor Projects

Description:

When utilizing .NET 8 Blazor projects with the render mode set to per page, the Predefined Dialog was not shown.

Note: If the render mode is used globally in App.razor, the component working fine.


Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Click the button.

Expected: Popup should open

Actual: Popup is not opening
