Disabled List Box with Preselected values is not displaying correctly the selections

Hello,

When there is a listbox that is disabled but has pre-selected items the listbox renders in the UI as if no items are selected. You can see that in the photo and project attached below. "Cat" in this example should be checked.

Empty
