Need to provide support for dynamically expanding and shrinking the yAxis

Current Behavior: Currently, we are unable to expand the y-axis by dragging and dropping the mouse. It remains static at all times.

Expected Behavior: Need to add support for expanding the y-axis by dragging the mouse upwards and shrinking the yAxis by dragging it downwards.

Reference: https://pocketoption.com/en/cabinet -  Hover over the y-axis and drag the mouse upwards to expand the y-axis, and drag downwards to shrink the y-axis.
