Provide property to add CSP headers with the meta tag and sandbox attribute in RichTextEditor IFrameSettings

Requirement 1:


Need to provide a property for including CSP(content security policy) headers along with meta tag to increase security with Iframe Editor in RichTextEditor.


Requirement 2:

Need to provide a sandbox property to add restrictions for the iframe editor with IFrameSettings.
