After the file has started uploading, if you select another file afterwards, it will not upload

After the file has started uploading, if you select another file afterwards, it will not upload.

Reproduction Steps:

  • Run the attached sample.
  • Drag or browse the zip file
  • And upload another file while the previous file is still in progress.
  • You can see the issue

Expected Behavior:  file should upload properly

Current Behavior: file not uploaded
