Unable to get tooltip on hover for column charts with low value items

When using the column chart the tooltip appears on hover, however when you have some low values (such as the last column in the screenshot) it's nearly impossible to get the tooltip - and therefore the value - as the touch area is too small.


I tried to use the trackball (https://ej2.syncfusion.com/react/demos/#/material/chart/trackball) but i could not get it to work on a column chart.


I would appreciate some help with:

1. When using the column chart can the tooltip be shown in another way other than when hovering on a the column area.

2. Can the trackball feature be used with column charts?
