Datasource in TreeView is not binded to the TreeView component when declaring after the await method (MAUI)

I have exaclty this issue with Syncfusion.Maui.TreeView version 24.1.46 today, using .NET 7, is there a work around? I cannot _not_ use await since it blocks the ui.
