Provide insert and copy/paste support for tiff image

Currently we have added the preservation support for tiff in the server-side when a document with tiff image is opened. Need to call the same logic through webapi for inserting a tiff image from toolbar, insert image using API, copying an image file and provide tiff image insert support.
