Format 'MMM' does not work in languages other than English

Hello, dear Syncfusion team,

the format 'MMM' does not work with the Datepicker and Datetimepicker component of Syncfusion (tested with the language German). If "strictMode" is set to true and the month is set to a different value, the changed value is reset. However, if the locale is set to English and the same process is carried out, the components work as desired. In the appendix you will find a small test project to reproduce this bug.
