Provide support for the ImageAlignment with Center option in SfButton in .NET MAUI

We need to add support for the 'Center' option in the ImageAlignment property of SfButton in .NET MAUI.  Currently, ImageAlignment supports options such as 'Bottom,' 'End,' 'Left,' 'Right,' 'Start,' and Top.
