Up/Down arrow keys still works after we enabled the Readonly property

Replication Procedure:

  • Run the sample
  • click up or down arrows
  • You can see the issue 

Expected Behavior: Value should not changed when we click up or down arrow keys in readonly mode 

Actual Behavior; Value has changed when we click up or down arrow keys in readonly mode
