Support to customize the position of the cell labels in HeatMap

Currently, we do not support customizing the position of the cells labels in the HeatMap. We need options to customize the below in the below functionalities.

  1. The cells labels must be placed at the top, bottom, left and right ends of the cell, rather than rendering in center alone.
  2. In the bubble HeatMap, the labels are rendered considering only the space of the bubble. It must also be rendered considering the rectangle of the bubble cell.
  3. If the text is overflown, the labels must be trimmed or wrapped.
  4. The cell labels must be rotated.
