Popup Element is not destroyed when rendering inside In-place editor

Description:

When dropdownlist is render inside in-place editor, the popup element is not destroyed and for every opening the popup element is added over.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Edit the in-place editor and open the popup.
  3. Close and again open the popup.
  4. Inspect the popup element.

Expected: Popup element should destroy and added for every opening

Actual: Popup element is added over for every opening
